  1. Family Application: After you share your needs with us, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your family and answer any questions

  2. Finding your match: once you have signed your agreement and paid the registration fee, we will begin broadcasting your personalized job description to our network and following our tried and true recruiting methods.

  3. Candidate interviews: We will coordinate zoom or in-person interviews for your family with the candidates you have selected. We provide you with an interview guide, which includes a well curated list of questions.

  4. Ready for hire: once you've found your match, we'll guide you through the final steps of onboarding your new family member (employee). We'll also provide a sample work agreement.

  5. We are here to support you!
